Warranties and Returns: We want you to be thrilled and delighted with every purchase you make. We want you to enjoy the experience of shopping on our online store and welcome you as a repeat customer. Therefore we will gladly give you a refund or you may exchange for another item with the following provisions: Notify me about returns via e-mail or phone as soon as you receive the item and I will provide a confirmation code.

An item you have for more than 3 days is considered sold. This return policy provision is necessary to discourage an item from being used for a special function and then returned for a refund. I must receive the returned item within 7 days from the date you receive the item. The returned item must be well packaged and shipped by 1st Class mail or air mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. You will bear the costs of returning the item to me.

With the above-mentioned provisions, a refund will be issued as soon as the item is received. There will be a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. This restocking fee is to compensate not only for the extra bookkeeping but, most importantly, for not being able to sell the item while it is sold to you. A restocking fee is commonly imposed especially when there is only one quantity per item. If you exchange for another item, the restocking fee will not be imposed. Please note that discontinued items are sold “as is” and are non-refundable. All sales final. To avoid having to return the item, please ask questions before you make your purchase. I will be more than happy to answer.

Damage Policy: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. In the unlikely event that, despite our best efforts, your order arrives damaged, you must please take the entire order, including all contents and original packing material, to your local US Post Office immediately to file a claim. The PO will send the claim to us for processing. Please do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the US Post office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. Similarly, if your order is delivered by UPS, please contact UPS to file a claim.

Please also note that this is costume jewelry and should not be worn in water, as that will lessen the life of your piece and very possibly tarnish it. There will be no refunds on jewelry worn in water.

Gift Cards: We want your friends and family to be thrilled and delighted too. Turn them onto us with a gift card in any denomination. We will send it wrapped, with a special greeting, in time for any occasion.
